Each and every day this month, do the following exercises... And ONLY 5 repetitions.
5 minutes of cardio (high knees on the spot, jump rope, burpees eww, jumping jacks...)
5 crunches
5 squats
5 lunges (each leg)
5 push-ups
5 dips
5 dead lifts
5 overhead press
5 bicep curls
